The establishment of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is a major step in pushing long-term quality standards. IQAC in any institution is a significant administrative body that is responsible for all quality matters. It is the prime responsibility of IQAC to initiate, plan and supervise various activities that are necessary to increase the quality of the education imparted in college.
The role of IQAC in maintaining quality standards in teaching, learning and evaluation becomes crucial. . Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is an integral part of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). It serves as a quality sustenance measure and integrates with the Institutional system to work towards the realization of the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance.
The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution. It serves to channelize all the efforts and measures of the institution towards promoting its holistic academic excellence.
IQAC evolves mechanisms and procedures for the efficient and progressive performance of academic procedures including integration of modern methods of teaching, learning and evaluation procedures. It promotes quality research programmes as well as sharing of research findings with network of institutions nationally and internationally. It also ensures timely and efficient performance of administrative and financial tasks.
Our pursuit is to channelize and systematize the efforts towards academic excellence and enhance quality. To establish outcome-based education system with the use of upcoming advanced technology. To inculcate value–based education system. To build association with stakeholders and to stimulate Social Responsibility.
